Product Return Policy

In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, customers/Distributors can return/exchange the product. The customers/Distributors must contact the Distributor/Company from whom they had purchased the same, within 30 days from the date of purchase. They have to provide a reason and return the said products along with the original customer order receipt copy / invoice. In such cases, it is the distributor's obligation to satisfy the customer’s need for money refund or replacements of products.


The Distributor can then return these products, with original Invoice to the Company. The Company will replace these products free of cost or if the distributor does not want the same products, the Company will give a cash voucher of the same amount, which can be used by the Distributor for purchasing products of their choice.

Buy Back Policy

The Company provides a Buy Back Policy to the distributor who wishes to resign from his/her distributorship and return any Astus Technology PVT LTD. products that are in good condition, useable, resaleable, restock-able, unopened, unaltered and must have a shelf life of at least four months.


If the Distributor resigns within 30 days from the purchase of the products, Astus Technology PVT LTD. shall provide a full refund for the products to the Distributor.


If the Distributor resigns from his/her distributorship after the expiry of 30 days from the date of purchase of products from Astus Technology PVT LTD., the amount refunded will be equal to distributor cost of the products being returned, less total bonus paid out by the Company on the original purchase, less 10% service charge.


The Buy Back policy is designed to impose upon the sponsor and the Company the obligation to ensure that the distributor is buying products wisely.


Please Note: Product Return Policy is NOT valid on Electric, Electronic etc items if opened.


1.  All sales of prepaid recharge on the Astus Technology PVT LTD. Platform are final with no refund or exchange permitted.


2. You are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number for which You purchase the prepaid recharge and all charges that result from those purchases.


3.  You are also responsible for the information relating to data card and toll-tag recharge and all charges that result from those purchases.


4.  Astus Technology PVT LTD. is not responsible for any purchase of prepaid recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number or incorrect toll or data card information. However, if in a transaction performed by You on the Astus Technology PVT LTD. application, money has been charged to Your card or bank account and a recharge is not delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then You shall inform us by sending an e mail to our customer services e mail address mentioned on the ‘Support’ page on the Astus Technology PVT LTD. Application.


5.  Please include in the e-mail the following details – the mobile number (or DTH account number or data card or toll-tag information), operator name, recharge value, transaction date and order number.


6. Astus Technology PVT LTD. Team will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to Your card or bank account without delivery of the recharge, then You will be refunded the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of Your e mail.


7.  All refunds will be credited to Your semi- closed wallet. You can trigger a request in Your Astus Technology PVT LTD. wallet to transfer the money from Your Astus Technology PVT LTD. wallet back to source. It will take 3-21 working days for the money to show in Your bank account depending on Your bank’s policy.


8.  If Recharge/Bill Payment is done with wrong network then Customer can get a refund.


9.  If Recharge/Bill Payment is done with Wrong Amount or Wrong number with in the same networks Refund will not be given and we are not responsible for that


10.  Once the Recharge/Bill Payment is SUCCESS from the Operator End it will not be refunded.


11.  If Customer not received balance or bill payment update then you can contact our customer care service and know the status of the Recharge. If it is not received we will refund the amount when we got conformation from the Operator end.


12.  If Customer cancelled the bus ticket then he/she will get refund on the basis of cancellation policy of that particular bus operator.


13.  If Customer cancelled the Flight ticket then he/she will get refund on the basis of cancellation policy of that particular Airline operator


14. If due to any reason, the company has to return the money, then the money will only go to the account from which the company has received and after deducting the service charge which is left will be send to the account in 5 to 10 bank working days from the date of refund.

Payment Refund Policy:

If Astus Technology PVT LTD. recieve any mail from concern Bank/ Police Department regarding Fraud Transaction. We have rights to Block Retailer Account & we will Forward the information to Particular Entities on their requirement. If we got any Fradulent transaction on your account then with certain terms and conditions that amount will refunded to the Bank account holder on Refund policies.
